Dewata AI is a SaaS platform that allows users to create, train, and deploy AI-powered chatbots on their websites. Our Service includes:

  • Chatbot creation and customization tools
  • Knowledge base management (text and PDF)
  • Widget embedding capabilities
  • API access for integration
  • Usage analytics and reporting

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Spam, harass, or deceive users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Create chatbots for illegal or unethical purposes

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Plans

We offer Free, Pro, and Agency subscription plans. Features and limits vary by plan as described on our pricing page.

5.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes.

5.3 Refunds

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with our Service. Contact support to request a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Dewata AI and protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (knowledge base, bot configurations). You grant us a license to use this content solely to provide the Service.

7. AI and Third-Party Services

Our Service uses third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic). You agree to comply with their usage policies. We are not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated responses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dewata AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bali, Indonesia.
